Legal Description Of Facility(attach map with RFI):The East Parcel and the South Parcel of Township 2N,Range 2E,Mount Diablo Base& <br /> Meridian,Ranchos Las Juntas quarter of the USGS Vine Hill,California Quandrangle Map. Latitude 30°1'30N,longitude 122®00'W. The permitted boundaries of the <br /> South Parcel is identified as APN 380-030-030 and the permitted East Parcel is the 87 acre portion of land of APN 380-020-010 bound by the Central Contra Costa <br /> Sanitary District sewer outfall on the west,approximately 300'from Pacheco Creek on the south,approximately 300'from Walnut Creek on the cast and 1000-1200' <br /> from Waterfront Road on the north. The East Parcel permitted boundaries are separated from the surrounding areas by an earthern berm. <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a This permit is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan or the County-wide Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan(CIWMP). <br /> Public Resources Code,Section 50001. <br /> b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB). Public Resources Code,Section <br /> 44010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by <br /> the LEA. <br /> d. The Contra Costa Fire Protection District has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in Public <br /> Resources Code,Section 44151. <br /> C. An environmental impact report was filed with the State Clearinghouse in 1982 for Acme Landfill in compliance with CEQA and documents <br /> pursuant to Public Resources Code,Section 21081.6. This permit is consistent with the 1982 environmental impact report. <br /> f. The proposed permit is consistent with and supported by existing CEQA analysis. <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting any municipal solid waste,liquid waste,sludge,untreated medical waste,non-hazardous waste requiring special handling, <br /> designated waste or hazardous waste unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by the LEA. <br /> Acme Landfill is permitted to accept wood and green waste,construction and demolition debris and other inert waste. Scrap metal and white goods may be <br /> accepted for recycling and removal but shall not be land filled. <br /> 15.
