The comments, as they <br /> were interpreted, are addressed below: <br /> Comment 1 <br /> What is the total number of trucks and tonnage expected to enter <br /> the landfill? <br /> Response <br /> As mentioned under the TRANSPORTATION/CIRCULATION section of the <br /> Negative Declaration, the project will result in approximately 20 <br /> additional trip ends/day (10 transfer trucks, 200 tons/day) in <br /> 1995 and 40 trip ends/day (20 transfer trucks, 400 tons/day) in <br /> 2010. Currently, the average number of vehicles entering the <br /> site is approximately 35 vehicles/day (70 trip ends) . <br /> Comment 2 <br /> What is the total number of recycling trucks expected to enter <br /> the site and quantity of recyclables to be processed? <br />
