D&E held off on <br />deployment of GCL due to impending rain and lighting. D&E performed some repairs and vacuum tests on <br />the liner material. D&E filled sandbags. D&E placed sandbags as ballast on the liner edges prior to leaving <br />the site. <br />D&E installed 6 panel of geocomposite liner material down the west slope to establish haul roads/ramps for <br />drainage aggregate placement. A total of approximately 3,152ft2 geocomposite was deployed. <br />is Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA performed a walk through of liner in the northwest corner of Module 1 after <br />the repairs were performed and vacuum tested. CQA performed destructive tests with all tests performed <br />meeting the project specifications.. CQA pulled sieve analysis samples and shipped 3 buckets of LCRS <br />proposed drainage aggregate to Vector Engineering for testing. <br />Vector discussed with Wood bros. will not work today.
