D&E installed a total of 35 panels of GCL totaling approximately 72,712.5$2 and 11 panels of geomembrane totaling approximately 89,335ft2 all panels were overlapped and seamed per specifications. D&E placed sandbags as ballast on the liner edges prior to leaving the site. 40 Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed placement of the LCRS drainage aggregate. CQA pulled sieve analysis samples and shipped 4 buckets of LCRS proposed drainage aggregate to Vector Engineering for testing. CQA observed and logged subgrade acceptance, panel deployment, seaming, airtests performed on the liner materials. CQA marked destructive samples on the liner material placed. CQA pulled 2 samples for sieve analysis and plasticity Index testing of proposed operations material. Vector discussed with Wood bros. continue import and placement of LCRS gravel. CQA observed the drainage aggregate looked dirty and asked Tony with wood brothers to call and make sure it was washed materials. Tony called Granites pit boss whom assured Tony it was washed.
