NOTES (Describe work completed during the day, any problems and their solutions): <br />Wood Brothers: 8 Man crew <br />Wood Bros. continued to excavate and process foundation layer material, to excavate unsuitable materials <br />from Module 1 and haul to the stockpile west of Module 1, to check depth of the excavation utilizing a laser. <br />Wood Bros. continued to process the foundation layer materials on the floor and on the northern slope in a <br />dry state to help break —up any over size materials. Wood Bros. continued to rip and process the material on <br />the north and eastern slopes utilizing the D6 in the afternoon. Wood Brothers moisture conditioned the <br />northern portion of the floor. Brazil Water maintained moisture on access roads. Wood Bros. placed visquine <br />and filled sandbags for placement in the pond to hold the visquine in place as the pond is filled over night. <br />Wood Bros. excavated a hole then placed visquine for containment of their fuel tank that arrived on site <br />today. <br />Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed excavation of unsuitable materials from the floor of Module 1. CQA <br />observed checking of excavated depth utilizing a laser set-up. CQA observed processing of proposed <br />foundation layer material, CQA performed a wash, proctor curve and 2-PI's. <br />Vector discussed with Wood bros. Compaction will probably not take place today if they can't maintain moisture in the foundation layer <br />material. Wood Brothers will line the water pond today so the site can fill it over night.
