INTRODUCTION <br /> San Joaquin County is submitting this second semester 2003 monitoring report for the Foothill <br /> Sanitary Landfill (FSL) in compliance with Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) Order <br /> No. R5-2003-0020. WDRs were issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, on January 30, 2003. All monitoring wells are equipped with dedicated purge and <br /> sampling pumps.
