• Emergency Preparedness <br />• Emergency Response <br />Traffic directing and hazardous waste identification training is given to employees working at <br />the active face when hired and periodically. Equipment operation training is given to new <br />operators. This training consists of review of operations manual for each piece of equipment and <br />operations oversight by an experienced equipment operator. Emergency preparedness and <br />emergency response training is given to site -employees during bi-monthly safety meeting. <br />7.1.11. Supervision <br />The organizational chain of command (Plate 15) consists of the following (list current as of <br />August 3, 2005): <br />1.
