C <br />Landfill Gas Monitor <br />Job Description — Collect measurements of methane from network of perimeter gas <br />probes. <br />Minimum Qualifications — Meet requirements of the San Joaquin County position <br />Engineer I. <br />Records Clerk <br />Job Description — Maintain regulatory records at both the landfill site and at the offices of <br />the Department of Solid Waste. <br />Minimum Qualifications — Meet requirements of the San Joaquin County position Office <br />Secretary. <br />Emergency and Health and Safety Officer <br />Job Description — Manage emergency response and health and safety activities at the <br />landfill. <br />Minimum Qualifications — 8 -hour Hazardous Waste Awareness Training <br />The minimum landfill operation employees include the following: <br />• Equipment Operators — 3 <br />• Laborers — 2 (1 laborer and 1 load checker) <br />• Water truck driver — 1 (during summer months) <br />• Gate house attendant — 1 <br />• Lead Worker — 1 <br />• Records Clerk — 1 <br />• Emergency and Health and Safety Officer - 1 <br />7.1.10.2.
