In addition,Ms. Oldemeyer is on the Board of Director's of both the North American Hazardous <br /> AhMaterials Management Association (NAHMMA), serving as Treasurer, and the National <br /> Pesticide Stewardship Alliance (NPSA). These National Organizations serve as the centralized <br /> organizations for the management of Municipal Hazardous Waste (NAHMMA) and Pesticide <br /> Stewardship and Management (NPSA). She has also been involved in California's Information <br /> Exchange and assisted in the planning of several of the Statewide Conferences. She has given <br /> numerous talks centered around responsible waste management and liability reduction at several <br /> State and National Conferences. <br /> Janice Oldemeyer worked with San Joaquin County from 1992 through 1996 and from 1997 <br /> through 2004 in the management and development of their HHW, CESQG and Loadcheck <br /> Collection Program, conducted the County's only Agricultural Chemical Collection event in this <br /> time period, and has managed their Electronics Waste Collection program for the past two years. <br /> Ms Oldemeyer additionally provided technical assistance in the design of the County's State of <br /> the Art Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility. <br /> Onsite Electronics Recycling plans to build on the experience of Ms. Oldemeyer to provide a <br /> competent staffing team, with an unparalleled level of customer service. <br /> Insurance <br /> Onsite Electronics Recycling will carry a $1,000,000 aggregate insurance policy designed to <br /> meet the needs of the recycling operation proposed. Onsite Electronics Recycling will provide <br /> Afthe County with an insurance certificate naming the County as additional insured if requested. <br /> References <br /> Onsite Electronics Recycling is providing a list of references who have worked with Janice <br /> Oldemeyer. For each reference, we have detailed the work provided by Ms. Oldemeyer. Since 1998, Ms. Oldemeyer assisted in expanding the <br /> program to include a Mercury Thermometer Exchange Program, an Electronics Waste Collection <br /> Program, expanding the mobile collection program to encompass four additional cities, and a <br /> refrigerant recycling program.
