Title 14 CCR, Section 17410.1 <br /> requires solid waste to be removed within 48 hours. <br /> 10. Page 19 Section 3.1.4 should be section 3.1.5? <br /> 11. Page 21 Section 3.1.8—Random Load Check Data Sheets and Daily Logs <br /> (kept inside loaders) not prove e in Appendix D. Need t update <br /> information regarding loaders role in load checking/screening. <br /> 12. Page 28 Section 3.4.6—Document states that"Records are kept at the <br /> O & M Building and copies are retained at solid waste administration <br /> offices and are available for inspection".-Weight and volume records and <br /> traffic logs are not available for inspection at the O & M Building. TPR <br /> needs to provide accurate locations of records. <br /> 13. Page 30 Section 4.1.3. states that the "most recent SWFP was issued in <br /> 1997 and is included in Appendix E". The most recent permit was issued <br /> in 1999 and needs to be included in Appendix E. <br /> Please submit to the EHD corrections that address the above noted items before March <br /> 29", 2005 (the 60 day dead line to make a "complete and correct" determination for the <br /> application package).
