1.7 AREA CLIMATOLOGY <br /> The climate in the central county is mile. Seasonally, summer temperatures typically range <br /> between 53 degrees and 92 degrees Fahrenheit(F). Winter temperatures range between 35 and 53 <br /> degrees, rarely dropping below freezing. The wet season at the LMRF&TS extends form October <br /> through April and January is typically the wettest month. The mean annual rainfall for the area is <br /> approximately 16 inches. The internal roads of the LMRF&TS are paved providing all weather <br /> access.
