3 OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> 3.1 OPERATIONS <br /> 3.1.1 SUPERVISION AND PERSONNEL <br /> The operator maintains adequate numbers of qualified personnel to ensure the proper operation of <br /> the station. Personnel are cross-trained to provide coverage in the event that an employee is <br /> unavailable for work.
