1 CONTRACT <br /> ' 2 This Contract made this day of 20 , by and <br /> 3 between the COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, State of California, hereinafter called the <br /> 4 Owner, acting by and through its Board of Supervisors, who has executed and <br /> ` 5 delivered this Contract in said capacity, and not otherwise, and <br /> 6 <br /> 7 hereinafter called the Contractor. <br /> „ 8 WITNESSETH <br /> 9 That the Owner and Contractor for the consideration stated herein, covenant and <br /> 10 agree as follows: <br /> ' 11 (1) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, <br /> ' 12 services and transportation, and.any and all other expenses necessary or incidental to <br /> 13 the performance of the work for the Construction of Perimeter LFG Migration Monitoring <br /> ' 14 Wells at the North County and Foothill SanitarV Landfills project, hereinafter called "The <br /> 15 Work," all as more particularly set out in detail in the plans and specifications, and in <br /> 16 strict compliance with all the Contract documents referred to herein and including all <br /> 17 modifications incorporated in these documents before their execution. <br /> 18 (2) The Contractor agrees to accept and the Owner agrees to pay <br /> 19 under the conditions set forth in the specifications, the prices set forth in the proposal, <br /> ' 20 which prices by this reference shall be considered a part of this contract as though fully <br /> 21 set forth herein. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> ' C-1 <br /> (SPECS120081CO-C-1) <br />
