Within 9G <br />days, the Discharger shall submit to the Board the results OT the <br />resampling and either: <br />a. a report demonstrating that the water Quality protection standard <br />was not, in fact, exceeded; or <br />b. an amended Report of <br />Waste Discharge for the establisnmeni: oT a <br />VeriTication monitoring DroQram, per Secticn 2577 of ChaDtar 15, <br />which is desiened to verify that water Quality protection standards <br />have been exceeded and to determine the horizontal and vertical <br />extent of pollution. <br />7. Ii: the Discharger, through a verification monitoring program, or the <br />Board verifies that water Quality protection standards have been <br />exceeded at or beyond the Points or Compliance, the Discharger shall <br />notify the Board or acknowledge the Board's finding in writing within <br />seven days. Within 180 days, the Discharoer shall submit to the Board <br />an amended Report of Waste Discharge for theestablishment of a <br />corrective action program, per Section 2588 of Chapter 15, which is <br />designed to achieve comoliance with the waiver qualiivy proLecrion <br />standards. <br />8. The Discharger or persons employed by the Discharger shall cemDly with <br />all notice and reporting requirements of the ,StzteD.epartment of Water <br />Resources with redra"rd to the construction, alteration, destruction, or <br />abandonment or all monitoring wells used for comoliance with this Order <br />r <br />or with Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 91-020, as required by <br />Q <br />Sections 15750 through 13755 or the California Water Code. <br />9. The Discharoer shall immediately notify the Board or any TicodinQ, <br />equipment failure, slope failure, or other chance in site conditions <br />Y <br />which could impair the integrity or waste or leachate containment <br />facilities or of precipitation and drainage control structures. <br />10. The Discharoer shall submit to the Board, for approval, the closure and <br />pest -closure maintenance pians as -required by Sec_ion 66796.22 of the <br />Government Code. The closure and post -closure maintenance plan shall <br />describe the methods and controls to be used to assure protection of the <br />- <br />quality of surface and oround waters of the area dur;no final operations <br />and durino anv subsecuent use of the land. The pian must include: ,1) <br />an estimate OT closure and pos:-closure mainzeaance cysts; !2) <br />Proposal for a trUS Z fund or equivalent financial arrancemen i= 70 finance <br />closure and post-c:csure; and i=) -he amoun tQ bn deposited in t:e <br />
