II. COUNTY DISPOSAL SITE INFORMATION <br /> A. HARNEY LANE SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> 1. General Information: <br /> This facility is located on Harney Lane, between Tully and Jack <br /> Tone Roads, about 10 miles east of the City of Lodi. It is owned <br /> and was operated as a Class III sanitary landfill by San Joaquin <br /> County utilizing Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division <br /> staff. In October of 1991 Harney Lane SL reached capacity and was <br /> closed.
