A copy of Vector's log of geotextile received has been included within Appendix M. Manufacturer's certifications are also included in Appendix M. 5.6.2 Geotextile Deployment The panel deployment procedure was observed and documented by Vector's CQA Monitor. The CQA Monitor verified that the geotextile placement was completed in accordance with the CQA plan and specifications. Seam overlap, sewing, tie-ins, and other manufacturer's written guidelines were followed. All materials were checked for defects during deployment and all holes or tears were identified and repaired prior to placement of the cover materials. 5.7 Geonet Installation A geonet was placed above the secondary HDPE liner as a leachate detection layer within the Class II Leachate Impoundment. As the material was delivered and deployed, Vector's CQA Monitor conducted testing and observations to ensure compliance with the specifications. 5.7.1 Geonet Factory Quality Control Upon arrival by truck shipment, the unloading and storage of the geonet rolls were observed by Vector's CQA Monitor. Each roll was logged in by roll number and crossed checked with the manufacturer's certification. Information regarding the roll number, and lot number was recorded. A copy of Vector's log of geonet received and the manufacturer's certifications have been included within Appendix L. In accordance with the specifications, no conformance testing was conducted on the geonet. 5.7.2 Geonet Deployment The panel deployment procedure was observed and documented by Ol Vector's CQA Monitor.
