All areas checked by the
CQA Monitor had a minimum of 6 -inches of granular drainage material.
The 6 -inches of granular drainage material was placed by pushing the material out with
a dozer. Vector's CQA Monitor check placement of all materials involved with the
granular drainage layer to ensure that the placement activities did not damage the
underlying geosynthetics.
Following placement of the lower geotextile and HDPE pipe in the LCRS trenches, the
coarse drainage rock was placed. Vector's CQA Monitor checked the placement of the
drainage rock in the trenches to ensure that no damage occurred to the pipe or
underlying geosynthetics.
2.4 Protective Operations Soil
Vector's CQA Monitor observed the placement of the protective soil layer of WMU ART -
03.
