SECTION 01200 <br /> MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES <br /> PART1 GENERAL <br /> 1.1 GENERAL <br /> A. ,This section applies to work to be performed by the EARTHWORK <br /> CONTRACTOR. <br /> B. Measurement and payment procedures for work to be performed by the <br /> GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR shall be in accordance with the National <br /> Contract between the OWNER and GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR. <br /> 1.2 ADMINISTRATIVE SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Schedule of Values: Submit schedule on CONTRACTOR's standard fon-n. <br /> B. Application for Payment: In accordance with Article 17 of the Agreement <br /> Conditions and as specified herein. <br /> C. Final Application for Payment: As specified herein. <br /> 1.3 SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> A. Reference Article 17 of the Agreement Conditions. <br /> B. Format: <br /> 1. Unit Price Work: Reflect unit price breakdown in conformed Bid Form. <br /> 2. Summation of the complete schedule of values representing all Work <br /> under the Agreement shall equal the Contract Price. <br /> 1.4 APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT <br /> A. Reference Articles 17 and 25 of the Agreement Conditions. <br /> B. Applications for Payment Form: Provided as Exhibit 2 of the Agreement <br /> Conditions. Attach one Form with each detailed Application for Payment, <br /> including Request for Payment of Materials and Equipment on Hand as applicable <br /> and such supporting data as may be requested by OWNER. Execute certification <br /> by authorized officer of the CONTRACTOR. <br /> C. Preparation: <br /> 1. Round values to nearest dollar. <br /> 2. List each Change Order and Written Amendment executed prior to date of <br /> submission as separate line item. Totals to equal those shown on the <br /> Summary Form. <br /> 1.5 MEASUREMENT - GENERAL <br /> A.
