Constituents of Concern and Concentration Limits; <br /> 2. Monitoring Points; <br /> 3. Point of Compliance; and <br /> 4. Compliance Period. <br /> Each of these is described as follows: <br /> 1. Constituents of Concern and Concentration.Limits <br /> The Constituents of Concern are the monitor parameters listed in Tables 1 and 2 above. The <br /> concentration limits for VOCs is non-detect. <br /> 2. Monitoring Points <br /> The monitoring points are influent and effluent sampling ports respectively. <br />
