Green material includes, but is not limited to,yard <br /> trimmings,untreated wood wastes,paper products,and natural fiber products. Green material does not include treated <br /> wood waste,mixed demolition or mixed construction debris,manure and plant waste from the food processing industry, <br /> alone or blended with soil. <br /> As part of the focused inspection,CIWMB staff,the local enforcement agency staff and Forward Landfill representatives <br /> observed operations at the green,'food material handling area where a sorting process,as specified in letters dated <br /> April 30,2004 and April 7,2005 from Forward Incorporated, is used to prepare material for use as ADC Site operations <br /> personnel made no attempt to discover,separate,or remove the residentially-generated food material that was readily <br /> visible amongst the green material(See Figure 1). <br /> Q. <br /> { <br /> a. <br /> A <br /> A <br /> I4 i <br /> Figure 1.
