The ET cover will be constructed and instrumented as a demonstration project. Data <br /> collection for the ET cover is ongoing and submittal of a final design and CQA Plan is projected to <br /> be ready for submittal by 10 June 2005. Needless to say, it will be difficult to complete the <br /> proposed cover in the 2005 construction season if the schedule for submittal of design documents is <br /> allowed to slip. <br /> In summary, staff concurs with the French Drain Design with the FLM option and with the flood <br /> protection berm,Forward may start work at your convenience.
