It was stated that if the violation of Title 27, <br /> California Code of Regulations(CCR), Section 21600—Report of Disposal Site Information, <br /> listed in the NOI letter, was not corrected within 90 days of receipt,the facility would be placed <br /> in the Inventory. The 90 days expired on October 3, 2005.
