Any design or operational changes associated with correcting this violation of state minimum <br /> standards is not sanctioned until incorporated into a revised solid waste facilities permit <br /> concurred in by the Board and issued by the LEA. <br /> The LEA will continue to be responsible for inspecting your facility and providing written <br /> documentation(inspection reports)regarding the compliance status of your facility with respect <br /> to it being listed in the Inventory. If the violation is corrected to the satisfaction of the LEA, and <br /> documented by the LEA in at least one inspection report, you will be notified and the facility will <br /> be removed from the Inventory. Otherwise,the facility will remain in the Inventory as long as <br /> the violation continues to be cited by the LEA.
