Sukut continued hauling
granular drainage material using the transfer trucks. They used the D4 and D6 to spread out the granular
drainage material on the central FU-03 cell floor from east to west throughout the day. After the material
was cut to grade, it was physically checked for depth and the eight-ounce(8oz)geotextile was then placed.
isThe scraper hauled stockpiled clay to be used as operations layer over the geotextile.
One concrete truck was scheduled to arrive on site with nine(9)yards of cement slurry but did not.
The geotextile over the granular drainage material was damaged by the scraper at the access road
boundary with the cell. The area was inspected for damage to material, depth and area size. A small patch
of geotextile was placed over the removed material and covered with operations layer.
Ask
Prepared By: Reviewed By:
4/23/03,Rev. 0 1 of i
r-*
