This JTD Amendment <br /> No. 1 has been prepared in response to areas of concern noted during the State focused <br /> inspection on April 10, 2005, and your agency's site inspection dated May 25, 2005, <br /> regarding alternative daily cover (ADC) and beneficial reuse material activities and <br /> reporting. The amended sections address issues which were discussed at the May 5, <br /> 2005 meeting with the CIWMB and presented in Forward Ins.'s letter to you dated <br /> May 13, 2005. <br /> It is our understanding that the following information is required by 27 CCR, Sections <br /> 21570(f) and 21665(a) to complete the JTD Amendment application submittal to your <br /> agency: <br /> 1. Joint Application Form <br /> An application form (E-1-77) has been completed for the purpose of a JTD <br /> Amendment and is included as Attachment 1. <br /> 2. Joint Technical Document Amendment <br /> The Joint Technical Document (JTD) has been amended to include updated <br /> information on ADC, beneficial reuse and site operations. Included herein are <br /> amended pages for the June 2003 JTD which includes a footer to note the original <br /> JTD date and the date of this Amendment No. 1. An amended table of contents, <br /> covers and spines, and the JTD Index is also included.
