The report addresses construction quality assurance <br />activities and testing for construction of the new waste management unit. <br />Vector Engineering conducted the CQA observations and testing during construction of the <br />waste management unit. Vector states that the composite liner system has been constructed <br />and completed in general accordance with the project plans and specifications. Based on the <br />CQA report, supporting test results, design documents and Regional Water Board inspection <br />WMU FU -08 is approved for waste discharge operations in accordance with the facility's waste <br />discharge requirements. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 464-4614. <br />ROSS D.
