This document has been prepared because of the continued <br /> detection of groundwater pollution near the former Austin Road Landfill (now Forward Landfill). <br /> This revised draft Order includes the following changes from the previous draft: <br /> • Clarified sampling and analysis requirements <br /> ■ Clarified requirements for the provision of replacement water <br /> ■ Extended schedule for certain activities <br /> ■ Two phase approach to groundwater cleanup <br /> • Quarterly reporting requirements <br /> As noted above, the draft Order was previously circulated for pubic comments. The public <br /> comment period closed on 25 September 2008. This revised draft is being reissued for public <br /> comments only on the "Hereby Ordered" portion of the Order.
