As submitted, the document was <br />complete. The Discharger has proposed to install ten additional groundwater monitoring wells <br />(6 deep and 4 shallow) north of the Austin Road Landfill to evaluate the extent of the <br />contaminated groundwater, downgradient of the landfill. At this time the Discharger may <br />proceed with the proposed field work.
