If the site <br /> uses multiple types of ADC, the usage will be recorded by amount and type. <br /> Forward,will continue to investigate other sources for daily cover materials, <br /> including those allowed in accordance with 27 CCR, Section 20690. As these <br /> types of ADC materials become available from the waste stream, Forward will <br /> inform the regulatory agencies of their desire to use these materials and provide <br /> any necessary documentation. <br /> 6.4.6.1 BENEFICIAL REUSE RECORDS <br /> A record of beneficial reuse of solid wastes shall be maintained in accordance <br /> with requirements of 27 CCR, Section 20686f dj. Beneficial reuse of solid wastes <br /> shall include, but not be limited to, alternative daily cover, alternative <br /> intermediate cover, final cover,foundation layer, liner operations layer, leachate <br /> and landfill gas collection system, construction fill, road base, wet weather <br /> operations pads and access roads, and soil amendments for erosion control and <br /> landscaping. Beneficial reuse material will be restricted to those solid wastes and <br /> quantities of solid wastes appropriate for the specific reuse and in accordance <br /> with engineering, industry guidelines and other standard practices specified in 27 <br /> CCR, Section 216000(6) and in accordance with requirements of 27 CCR, <br /> Section 20686. <br /> 6.4.7 REFUSE TO COVER RATIOS <br /> The refuse to daily cover ratios will vary dependent upon the type of daily cover <br /> utilized as follows: <br /> Soil with Tars 6:1 <br /> Clean and Contaminated Soil 4:1 <br /> (including Intermediate Cover <br /> Shredded Tires 12"thick 4.7:1 <br /> PGM 12" thick 4.7:1 <br /> Com ostable Material 12" thick 4.7:1 <br /> Forward Landfill JTD 6-13 <br /> J:\Allied\Forward\ITD Amendment\March 2006 JTD-LEA Resp\JTD\JTD Sec 6 Rev.doc: <br /> 5/22/02;Rev. 1:7/2002:Rev.2:4/2003;Rev 3:6/2003;Amendment No. 1:5/22/2006 <br />
