Guinn
Construction used all the scrapers and continued filling on the west toe of slope working northward to the
northwest comer throughout the day. The dozer, one water truck and sheepsfoot also worked there. The
other water truck moisture conditioned the cut area and the haul road.
® Lochlin C. was on site to discuss project progress and scheduling.
The Vector project manager verbally informed me that the on site laboratory equipment would arrive
tomorrow morning. Two baggie samples were obtained of the clay material for laboratory testing.
LM
4/23/03, Rev. 0 1 of 1
C-2
Reviewed By: 't
