Ensure that ADC meets the definition and specification set forth in 27CCR20690(b). <br />5. AC T 27 CCR 20690 — Alternate Daily Cover — The green waste destined for ADC contained lots of household waste <br />and debris. There were lots of flies on that green waste. <br />a. Remove all household waste and debris. <br />b. Ensure that ADC green waste does not attract vector or birds and meet the definition and specification set forth in <br />27CCR20690(b). <br />iolation T27CCR20690 — Alternate Daily Cover — In Class 11 (C1I) area, 3 old active faces were covered with tarp on <br />10/24/06, 10/25/06 and 10/26/06. Those tarps had not been removed since they were deployed. Those areas do not <br />receive more waste today. The new waste was placed in the area approximately 300 ft away. <br />a. Cease this practice immediately. 'See previous inspection report for the area of concern noted for this practice. <br />Tarp shall be removed from waste and the waste shall be covered with new waste or approved cover materials <br />within 24 hours of placement. <br />7. AC T 27 CCR 20690 — Alternate Daily Cover — At class II area, TASW and processed green waste ADC were being <br />covered by additional cover consisting of contaminated soil and clean soil where it appeared that no waste was being <br />disposed (cover being placed on top of cover). Per operator, the area was being prepared for winter/wet season. <br />a. Discontinue adding extraneous soil cover to TASW ADC. ADC shall be used no more than necessary to meet the <br />minimum requirements of 27 CCR 20686 and 20690 (b). <br />b. See inspection report date 8/31/06 and 9/29/06 for previous documentation of this practice. <br />8. AC T27CCR20800 — Dust Control — It was very dusty at the CI1I disposal area. The water truck was not available till <br />after 7:00 AM. <br />a. Provide dust control. <br />b. Ensure that water truck is available as soon as the site open for business. <br />9.
