n <br />Forward Landfill Inspection Rf port <br />November 29, 2006 <br />6. AC the tipper (north tipper) located on the Class III working face has a large leak of hydraulic fluid <br />from one of the hoses or fittings. Properly repair the leak and remove the soil to the Class II <br />containment area unit ii can be properly classified for acceptance. <br />7. Notes: <br />A. On November 23, 2005, the EHD issued the Notice and Order 05-01 with the compliance schedule_ <br />to Forward Inc. for the �,iolations of PRC 44004 Significant Change, PRC 44104 Terms and <br />Conditions of Permit, Frsd T27 CCR 21600 Report of Disposal Site Information. The compliance <br />date was December 23, 2005. <br />Notice and Order 05-01 is expired. Due to non-compliance status of the facility, the issues were <br />referred to the San Joaquin County District Attorneys Office for further enforcement and <br />resolution. <br />B. Load checking programneeds to be updated to include the requirement of the removal of the <br />universal waste.
