Construction <br /> 1. Gwinn Construction continued placement of the Clay Liner in the lower area of WMU FU-06. <br /> 2. Continued/finished deployment filter geotextile and placement of the Granular Drainage materials <br /> along the inside of the berms in the northern portion of FU-06. <br /> 3. Restart placement of the Operations Layer in the Northern Portion. <br /> 10I. Testing <br /> 1. Performed 35 FDT's in compacted Clay Liner; tests CL-86 through CL-119, including retests CL- <br /> 111A and CL-113A. After reworking the failed areas all final test results either met or exceeded <br /> specification requirements. <br /> 2. Performed sand cone test SCCL-93. <br /> III.
