Construction <br /> 1. Gwinn Construction continued placement of the Clay Liner in the lower area of WMU FU-06. <br /> Detailing the forth and final lifts this a.m. <br /> 2. Completed placement of the Operation Layer soils in the Northern Portion of FU-06 this morning. <br /> 3. Surveyors shoot the Operations Layer soils in the Northern Portion of FU-06. <br /> II. Testing <br /> 1. Performed 10 FDT's in compacted Clay Liner; tests CL-120 through CL-130. All tests met or <br /> exceeded specification requirements. <br /> 2. Collected Shelby Tube permeability samples STCL-120 A and B. <br /> 3. Performed Sand Cone test SCCL-121. <br /> 4. Collected Clay Liner Proctor sample CLP-5 for field laboratory moisture-density tests. <br /> III.
