Construction <br /> 1. Gwinn Construction completed placement of the Clay Liner in the lower area of WMU FU-06. <br /> 2. Start finish-grade work on compacted Clay Liner in the west-side floor area. <br /> 3. Anchor trench cut across the south end top of slope of the floor area. <br /> ®II. Testing <br /> 1. Performed 20 FDT's in compacted forth lifts of Clay Liner; tests CL-131 through CL-150. All tests <br /> met or exceeded specification requirements. <br /> 2. Collected Shelby Tube permeability samples STCL-136 A&B, STCL-143 A&B and STCL-150 A&B. <br /> 3. Performed Sand Cone test locations SCCL-143 and SCOL-150. <br /> 4. Collected Clay Liner Proctor sample CLP-6 for field laboratory moisture-density tests. <br /> III.
