Conversations <br /> • With Monte Christie, Vector Engineering, Inc., re: Some of the permeability tests of the clay <br /> liner are not meeting specification requirements; rework and resample at the following test <br /> locations: STCL-54, 64, 163, 168 and 169. Vector CQA will coordinate with contractor Larry <br /> Simms with Gwinn Construction to rework and resample Clay Liner soils as needed. <br /> • With Lochlin Caffey, Allied Waste, re: site visit. Discussed permeability testing, etc. Contractor <br /> will rework areas in question for resampling.
