Construction <br /> 1. Continued moisture conditioning the surface of the Clay Liner in the floor area of FU-06. <br /> 2. GSE starts deployment of Bentofix on the south slope; worked from the SEC/tie-in to FU-05, to east of <br /> sump centerline today. 13 rolls used today = 26,780 square feet. <br /> 3. GSE starts deployment of 60-mil HDPE single-side textured liner on the south slope; panel.P-1, in the <br /> SEC/tie-in to FU-05, to east of the sump centerline with P-15; area=23,018 square feet. <br /> Oesting <br /> 1. Monitored activities, continued data entry, etc. Noted overlap of the Bentofix/GCL @ 12" with granular <br /> bentonite poured between sheets at overlap. <br /> 2. Assisted technician Janet Strobel monitoring activities on the liner. Janet does Panel Log, Trial Weld Log, <br /> Deployment Log, Seam and Air Test Logs. <br /> 3. Located 60-mil HDPE Destructive Sample DS-1 on seam 8-9. Tested Sample DS-1 in peel and shear <br /> modes: all results exceeded minimum specification requirements. <br /> I11.
