Construction <br />1. Continued placement and compaction of Subgrade Fill on the upper 5:1 slope area. <br />2. Continued detail work on the edge of liner in the lower area of FU -06. <br />3. Continued detail along east liner limit in FU -05; excavator, loader, backhoe and water truck. <br />II. Testing <br />1. Performed 5 FDT's in compacted subgrade soils placed on the 5:1 slope, tests SG -22 through SG -25, <br />including retest SG -24. After additional compaction all tests indicate passing results. <br />2. Collected Subgrade Proctor sample SGP -3 for field laboratory tests. <br />3.
