4.3 WASTE STREAM Forward has performed a health risk assessment to assess potential environmental impacts of the waste stream. The health risk assessment was completed in March 2002. The health risk assessment is discussed further in the Draft Environmental Impact Report. Forward is permitted to accept a maximum of 8,668 tons/day of Class III Wastes and Class II Wastes for disposal (i.e., Class II Wastes that cannot be diverted from disposal for beneficial use) as described above. 4.3.1 MATERIALS ACCEPTED FOR BENEFICIAL REUSE in additien te the 8,668 tens per day ef peFfflitted refuse The Forward Landfill accepts etheF for beneficial uses such as alternative daily cover (ADC), wet weather deck preparation, internal haul road improvements and earthen drainage control improvements.
