Fourth Quarter 2007 Groundwater Treatment <br /> Facility Monitoring Report <br /> Forward Landfill WDR Order No. -2003-0080 <br /> 1.0 Summary <br /> This Fourth Quarter 2007 Monitoring Report for the Forward Incorporated (Forward) <br /> Landfill Groundwater Treatment Facility (GTF)presents the monitoring results for influent <br /> and effluent.This report was prepared as stipulated by the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CV Water Board)Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR)Order <br /> No.R5-2003-0080,which was adopted on April 25,2003. <br /> After reviewing the information presented in this document,the following conclusions have <br /> been made: <br /> • The GTF operated for 2,140 hours between October 1 and December 31,2007,at <br /> 96.9 percent uptime,and treated 26.797 million gallons of groundwater.During this <br /> period,the GTF removed approximately 2.4 pounds of volatile organic compounds <br /> (VOC). <br /> • During fourth quarter 2007,all effluent samples collected in October,November,and <br /> December met WDR Order No.R5-2003-0080 for VOCs.No VOCs were detected. <br /> 2.0 OperationalSummary <br /> The GTF operated for 2,140 hours between October 1 and December 31,2007,at 96.9 percent <br /> uptime,and treated 26.797 million gallons of groundwater at an average flow rate of <br /> 209 gallons per minute,or 0.301 million gallons per day.
