Sample Documentation and Custody <br /> Field notes will be recorded on daily field technician reports which tett filed in the project file. <br /> Information to be recorded will include at aminimum the protect name, project number, date, <br /> sample locadon.weather,and name of sampler. Other information which may be pertinent to the <br /> project will be recorded,including any deviations from the standard procedures. Each page will <br /> be signori upon completion. An example of a-Field Technician's Daily Report is located in <br /> Appendix B, ' <br /> Collected samples will be accompanied by a chairs-of-custody record. Each saarple will have its <br /> own unique sample identification number, sample location, date and tune of collection, and <br /> appropriate preservative clearly labeled with a permanent marker along'with-a sample custody_ <br /> seat affixed around the sample bottle cap.
