Disposal Of Purge Water <br /> Only very low levels of either metallic or organic con is have been detected in some of <br /> the wells downgradient of WMU A. Because these levels are vM low, there is not sti icicnt <br /> -reason to containerize the purge water. Should the analytical results indicate a need to <br /> containcariT-e,the fallowing procedure will be <br /> Sample purge water generated during well.purging, and excess water generated during <br /> sampling, will be placed in a traf er mounted tank attached to the sampling vehicle. <br /> - When the tank is full..6e groundwater will be pumped from the tank to an onsite leachate <br /> evaporation pond. After the groundwzter sampling round is completed the tank we'll be <br /> filled with approximately 100 gallons of water from the water truck fill station_ This <br /> water will then be recirculated in the tank and pump to ainse the system.
