RECEIVED <br /> 6.0 DISPOSAL SITE OPERATIONS OCT 0 5 2011 <br /> ,6.1 HOURS Deleted:I <br /> ENVIRONMEWALHEALTH <br /> 6.1.1 CURRENT HOURS OF OEPRATION <br /> The landfill is currently permitted to be open to commercial haulers(it is not <br /> open to the public)from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. <br /> The Forward Landfill currently operated from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday <br /> through Saturday. The LEA will be notified in advance of any change to these <br /> hours of operation. Grinding of wood waste in the resource recovery area <br /> occurs from 7:30 a.m.to 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday. The <br /> Forward Landfill can also open for disposal operations,20,Sundays per year Deleted:to <br /> from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The LEA must be notified prior to any Sunday <br /> working day. <br /> Appointments for all deliveries of wastes must be made at least 24 hours in <br /> advance. The site is to be closed two holidays per year(New Year's Day and <br /> Christmas). The business hours for the Forward office(in Stockton) are from <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. <br /> 6.2 PERSONNEL <br /> The on site landfill personnel consists of: <br /> 1 foreman <br /> 15 heavy equipment operators <br /> 2 equipment mechanic <br /> 6 general laborers <br /> 1 secretary/office manager <br /> 1 operations manager <br /> 4 scalehouse attendant <br /> - temporaries as needed <br /> The assignments and responsibilities of these personnel are described below: <br /> Heavy Equipment Operators. The heavy equipment operators operate a <br /> variety of equipment including compactors, scrapers,dozers, graders, loaders, <br /> and water trucks.
