x 20686-Beneficial ReUse <br /> Comments: The LEA is not able to varify that the shredded tire is used as ADC. Per daily tonnage records, <br /> between February 1, 2011 and February 16, 2011,the facility receives between 16 to 83 tons of shredded tire <br /> daily, except saturday, sunday and February 9 and 11, 2011. The shredded tire is classified as beneficial reuse <br /> ADC. According to the daily cover certification provided by the operator, shredded tire was used as cover on <br /> February 2, 2011 only. All other days, except the day listed below, soil and tarps have been used as cover. At <br /> time of inspection,there is no shredded tire on site, neither as cover nor in pile. <br /> Per daily tonnage records, between February 1, 2011 and February 16, 2011, the faciltiy receives between 32 <br /> tons to 59 tons daily, except saturday and sunday. The TASW is classified as beneficial reuse ADC. According <br /> to the daily cover certification, TASW was used as cover on February 1, 2 and 8, 2011. All other days, except <br /> the day listed above, soil and tarps were listed as cover. At time of inspection, there is one pile of TASW on site. <br /> 1. Beneficial reuse shall meet all conditions listed in Title 27CCR20686. <br /> 2. Accurately classify the waste as it is used. <br /> 2. Maintain accurate records of all beneficial reuses. <br /> x 20820- Drainage and Erosion Control <br /> Comments: Ponding is observed on top of FU06, and erosion is observed on slopes of FU03. <br /> 1. Regrade the surface to promote run-off. <br /> 2. Repair all erosion. Provide adequate erosion control. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Note: <br /> 1. The concentrations of explosive gas in GP-11 and 12 are 0% by voume. <br /> 2. The operator has satisfied 27CCR20921(a)(2)-Gas Monitoring and Control. The operator has also satisfied the <br /> requirement set forth in the Notice and Order 2010-01, which was issued on October 14,2010. The operator is to <br /> continue gas monitoring and submit the result to EHD quarterly. <br />
