Geo-LoqkA S S O C I A T E S CQA DAILY SUMMARY REPORT #051 T — REPUBLIC SERVICES FORWARD LANDFILL, FU -13 • CQA personnel monitored the placement of the coarse drainage gravel in the LCRS trenches and the granular drainage layer along the top of the north slope, top deck area; insured that proper procedures were used to prevent damage to the underlying synthetic liner. Meetings and Site Discussions: • Met with Jose Gutierrez (Comanco Superintendent) in the morning to discuss planned activity for the work shift. The Contractor would complete installation filter fabric on the upper slope. The Contractor would demobilize upon completion of a final walk with CQA personnel. • Met with Kevin Turner (Guinn Superintendent) in the morning to discuss planned activity for the work shift. The Contractor would install drain gravel unloader and make preparations for hauling and placement of the drainage gravel layer on the south half of the Cell floor. The Contractor would complete excavation and backfill of the liner anchor trench at top of the North Slope, east end.
