CQA personnel verified as -built <br />survey developed by the Contractor over the completed section of the granular drainage layer. <br />• CQA personnel monitored the installation of the filter geotextile at all times ensuring that proper procedures <br />were used to prevent damage to the completed drainage layer and the underlying synthetic liner. CQA <br />personnel verified minimum panel overlap and seam continuity. <br />• CQA monitored the placement of the OPS layer ensuring that proper lift thickness was maintained at all <br />times and that care was taken to prevent damage to the underlying synthetic and granular drainage layers. <br />Meetings and Site Discussions: <br />• Met with Kevin (Guinn Superintendent) in the morning to discuss planned activity for the work shift. The <br />Contractor would continue installation of the drainage gravel and the filter geotextile layers in the south half <br />of the Cell.
