CQA <br />personnel verified minimum panel overlap and seam continuity. <br />• CQA monitored the placement of the OPS layer at all times ensuring that proper lift thickness was <br />maintained and that care was taken to prevent damage to the underlying synthetic and granular drainage <br />layers. <br />Meetings and Site Discussions: <br />• Met with Kevin (Guinn Superintendent) in the morning to discuss planned activity for the work shift. The <br />Contractor would continue installation of the drainage gravel and the filter geotextile layers in the southwest <br />quarter of the Cell; would continue drainage gravel placement using 15 belly dump trucks and the <br />mechanical unloading system in the north half of the floor.
