Weekly Report No.: 009 Report Period: 07/08-07/14/13 Contractor's Activity Guinn Construction Activities: Personnel: 7 The Contractor performed continuous moisture conditioning of Cell floor Clay liner surface in FU -13. The moisture conditioning of the exposed clay surface was performed throughout daylight hours prior to the installation of the synthetic liner. • The Contractor completed the remainder of the clay surface finishing work and the as -built survey. • The Contractor performed work with the smooth drum roller on floor of FU -13 prior to the installation of the synthetic liner. • The Contractor moisture conditioned and stockpiled clay plug material. The Contractor continued dust control during construction activities. Equipment: (1) 623 Cat paddle wheel Scrapper, (1) D8 Cat Dozer, (1) Excavator, (3) Water Trucks, (5) 637 Cat Scrapers, (3) D6 Cat Dozers, (1) Cat Fork Lift, (1) 966 Cat Loader, (1) 140H Cat Motor -Grader, (1) Steel drum sheepsfoot compactor, (1) Steel Drum Cat smooth roller, (1) 815 Cat Sheepsfoot Compactor, (1) Tractor w/ disc. • Comanco Lining Activities: Personnel: 13 • Comanco continued preparing sandbags to ballast the synthetic liner during installation. • Comanco completed installation of the GCL and single sided HDPE liners on the 4:1 and 2:1 side slopes. • Comanco completed installation of the double sided textured liner on the Cell floor over the clay liner. • Comanco started deployment of the single sided Geocomposite on the 4:1 slope starting from west to east.
