the material, S-02, Leachate Tank was approved using the corrugated HDPE pipe. <br />A submittal will be provided this week for the pea gravel for the LCRS. <br />7. Review of CQA activities: <br />- GLA will ship an additional two buckets of clay soil for evaluation permeability <br />testing. <br />- Guinn was reminded of the importance of getting water into the clay prior to <br />placement. <br />- GLA continues to monitor the clay processing. The moisture content is running <br />from 18-20% with optimum moisture of 13-16%. Scott P. stressed the importance <br />of placing the material as much over optimum as possible without pumping to <br />ensure a lower permeability. <br />- GLA should be starting the LSDS testing today if the material arrives from Agru <br />and TRI. <br />- GLA reported that the conformance peel testing on the GCL was conducted by <br />TRI and meets the requirements of the specifications. <br />- GLA will be mobilized a second CQA Monitor next week to assist in the testing of <br />the clay and geosynthetics. <br />8. Health and safety/Envi ron mental issues: <br />0 - Guinn/GLA/Republic reported no health and safety issuesfor - <br />- Guinn will continue to provide copies of the weekly tailgate safety meetings to <br />the Forward front office who will make copies and email to Lochlin. <br />- Republic provided copies of the previous health and safety meetings to GLA. <br />Copies have been attached to these meeting minutes. <br />- Guinn/Republic reported no dust control issues. <br />- GLA will continue to provide weekly progress reports and CQA reports to Ross at <br />the RWQCB. <br />9.
