GLA will contact Lewis <br />Engineering to make sure this is acceptable. <br />- Guinn will provide an estimate to conduct the extra work for the access <br />road based on 4,000 yards of soil and a gravel road surface. <br />- Guinn will provide a revised schedule based on the changes to the <br />geosynthetic installation schedule. <br />1. Review of work progress since previous meeting: <br />- Guinn is keeping the clay liner moisture conditioned so that desiccation cracks <br />do not form. <br />- Guinn continued to pump leachate. <br />- Guinn completed final grading on the clay liner on the floor of the Cell. <br />- RJA performed the grid survey on the clay liner and found the thickness to be in <br />compliance with the Specifications. <br />- Comanco continued placing GCL and HDPE geomembrane on the sideslope. <br />3. Projected schedule: <br />- Guinn will continue to moisture condition the clay liner on the cell floor. <br />- Guinn will continue to pump leachate. <br />- Comanco plans to begin placement of the floor geomembrane around July 11tH <br />- Comanco plans on completing the floor liner around the by July 10 <br />- Comanco will complete the floor liner and requested that GLA conduct leak <br />location testing on Monday, July 15tH <br />- Following completion of the leak location testing, Comanco will place cushion <br />geotextile on the Cell floor.
